Can I do it if I have never done yoga before?
Yes! No prior yoga or aerial experience is needed.
What should I wear?
Wear workout wear that covers your armpits and pants that cover the backs of your knees. Wear snug fitting clothing. Avoid shorts or very baggy clothing.Cotton or cotton blend fabric is best (non-slippery). Remember, you will be upside down. PLEASE NO JEWELRY
Should I come on an empty stomach?
We recommend having something in the stomach to stave off dizziness, however, we do not recommend a big meal and it's good to avoid eating or drinking acidic liquids an hour prior to class.
How will I feel after?
You will feel taller and lighter. Your muscles will have a pump and you will be refreshed!
Will the swings hold me?
The swings we use are made to hold up to 330lbs and the system they are supported on is set to hold over 2000lbs.
