Yoga Fundamentals

Mon: 6:30p

Yoga Fundamentals is intended as our beginner class, taught in our "barre room." This lower-heat (80-90), slower-paced, gentler class will equip you with an introduction to yoga breath and movement. Or for the yogi who is looking to fine tune their current practice. Because of its lower heat and gentler, more instructive approach, this class is also well suited for injured athletes, students who have difficulty adjusting to the high heat, and even children accompanied by parents.

Yoga of 12 Step Recovery -- Returning in August

Thurs: 6p, & Sun: 3p

Y12SR (Yoga of 12 Step Recovery) is safe, open and sacred space that welcomes anyone who is dealing with any addiction or trauma. This class consists of a 12-step topic/discussion, followed by a themed yoga practice. We will address addiction as the physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease that it is. "Our Issues Live In Our Tissues"- Core pain and trauma will remain in the body until released - yoga provided a gateway to that release. 

This is a Donation Based class - All addictions are welcome!

Candlelight Slow Burn

Tues: 8p, Thurs: 8p

Find yourself in another world. Candles light the room and music plays as we guide you through a slow burn class that focuses on longer holds and deeper stretches. This link between breath and movement allows for a powerful energy building experience creating strength and flexibility through the body and deep relaxed clarity for the mind. Add this class into your yoga routine to build a reservoir of energy that our normal busy lives deplete.

Candlelight Stretch

Sun: 8p

Don’t let the low lights, soft music, and compassionate teaching of this late-night class deceive you: you’ll work up a sweat… but less through moving asana sequences and more through deliberate, breath-focused postures intended to settle your mind as well as your body. A quiet, dark sanctuary for you, to use tonight to set you up for a wonderful tomorrow.

Hot Lunch

Returning in the Fall! 

A KYA type practice will start on the hour with a couple warm-up sun salutes and then keep moving at a highly fun and semi furious pace for 45 minutes. Those who need to leave can go, and those who want, can stay for 15 minutes of stretching and a leisurely savasana.

Power Vinyasa

Mon: 7p, Tues: 6:30p, Sat: 11a

We use"power" to describe our class meant to help you burn calories, sweat, build endurance, core strength as well as quiet the mind and awaken your personal power. This class is about linking conscious breath to a vigorous and mindful flow. You will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout. Depending on your instructor - expect some free flow movement with your own breathe. 

Slow Burn 

Mon: 8p, Tues: 10a, Wed: 7:30p, Thurs: 10a, Sat: 9a, Sun: 9:30a

From slower progressive sequences, to longer holding postures, your entire body and mind are brought into balance in this focused, intense yet calming class. You will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength and stamina.  It is a great option for newer students who may be nervous about trying a faster paced yoga class. You will be encouraged to explore all the benefits of each posture while finding your personal balance of challenge and release. A nice savasana at the end ensures you have the time and environment to finish your practice your way.

Hot Vinyasa

Wed: 6p, Thurs: 6:30p. Fri: 10a

Our Hot Vinyasa class links poses to breathe. The heated room with lots of humidity works to detox your body, strengthen your muscles and increase both flexibility and balance. Instructors will guide you through a fun flowing sequence that is suitable for all levels of practice. 

Friday Night Flow

Fri: 6p

Start your weekend off on your mat with our Friday Night Flow! This class is welcome to all levels of practice. Expect a fun flowing 75 minutes of heat, sweat, and playful vibes to carry with you into the weekend! 

Advanced Power Vinyasa - with free flow!

Sun: 6p

This is not a class for beginners, but beginners can attend. Be ready to be taken to your edge,  even if you've taken 1000 yoga classes. The flows are creative and hard, the instructions are minimal, the pace is non-stop, and the free flow is an opportunity to get out of your head and into your practice in a whole new way. This is a class for teachers and those who love to be taken out of their comfort zones. Personal growth is a potential side effect!
